Principle Of Meditation

The dhamma that will be discussed under this topic supports the practise of meditation. The practitioners should be concerned about this principle during meditation. The Ever-Present Principle is important to practise during meditation. The practitioner must fix on a meditation object at each present moment all the time. They should be present when seeing, hearing, tasting, touching or smelling something. They should be present when thoughts and feelings about various contexts (good or bad) occur. These things like inconstancy, stress, and non-self occur naturally and display the truth for them to see at all times. So, the practitioner continuously uses this approach to contemplate things with their mindfulness and discernment. It can be said that they are listening to the Dhamma at all times, both by day and night.
